Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shootfish. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
- Returns:
1.1. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@Shootfish.co.uk, to obtain a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Refunds:
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Exchanges:
3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at sales@Shootfish.co.uk
- Shipping:
4.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
7.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
7.2. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@Shootfish.co.uk
- Changes to This Policy:
8.1. Shootfish reserves the right to update or change this returns policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
